Things You Should know

By Placing your Reservation with Pleasure Craft Marina, you are in agreement to all terms of use and Cancellation Policies. Also you are in Agreement for Pleasure Craft Marina to charge your Credit card for your rental amount at the time of reservation.  

The Person who made the Reservation must be present to Pick-Up The boat ! Valid Picture Driver's License Required.

Making a Reservation:

To reserve a boat, you can call us with a credit card number or reserve in person with cash or check.  When calling in with a credit card, you will be charged the entire rental amount at the time of reservation.  The deposit will be due when you come in to pick up the boat and sign your contract. Cash or check is the same, rental amount is due at the time of reservation.  At this time, we do not accept Internet Reservations.

Cancellation/Refund Policy:

  • All reservations are subject to availability.
  • If you cancel and we are unsuccessful in re-renting the boat for the same time period, you will forfeit your entire amount. If we are successful then we will refund you that amount less $50.00
  • No refunds for late check-ins, early departures, illness, inclement weather,high water or mechanical failure. Reservations can be made 7 days a week, 9 a.m. - 6 p.m.

     Things you should know:

  • You must be 25 years of age to rent our boats.

  • Mastercard & Visa accepted.
  • Boat rental does not include fuel.
  • All equipment must be returned clean, undamaged and on time. Boats not returned at specified time may be charged additional late fee's.
  • You will be charged for all lost or damaged items.  
  • Boarding of the boat will not be permitted until the contract is signed and all fees are paid.
  • Person who made reservations must be present for check-in and check-out.
  • You are welcome to bring a Gas grill aboard our boats but sorry No Charcoal permitted 
  • Reservations Made Via Phone may be Subject to additional Charges
